PROFESSIONAL: Individuals engaged in HR management with at least 3 years of experience at the exempt level; any PHR/SPHR/GPHR; faculty members with 3+ years as asst. professor in HR; full-time consultants with at least 3 years exp. as an HR practitioner; full-time attorneys with at least 3 years exp. in assisting clients with HR related law.
ASSOCIATE: Individuals in non-exempt HR positions and all others who do not meet the qualifications of the other classes of membership. Associate members may not vote or be elected to office in the Chapter.
STUDENT: Individuals attending an institution of higher learning on a full-time basis (12 or more hours/semester) and are not otherwise employed on a full-time basis. The content of this field is kept private and will not be shown publicly.
